About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager – Client Servicing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in client servicing/account management within a digital marketing agency and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.

The role involves managing client communication, coordinating with internal teams, tracking project deliverables, understanding client requirements, and ensuring timely and smooth execution of digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, Content, Social Media, Design, Performance Marketing, and other digital marketing teams.
- Plan, track, and manage client deliverables, tasks, timelines, and deadlines.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, challenges, or gaps.
- Participate in client calls, meetings, and discussions and maintain clear meeting notes and action items.
- Prepare and maintain client reports, trackers, presentations, and regular updates.
- Ensure client requirements are properly documented and communicated to the respective teams.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention,



and overall account performance.
- Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns and deliverables are aligned with client objectives.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity, communication, reporting, and day-to-day client servicing.

Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Client Servicing / Account Management in a Digital Marketing Agency is required.
- Prior experience working with digital marketing agencies is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Google Ads/Paid Marketing, and Website/Design services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency setting.
- Good knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude is preferred.
