Role Description The Accounts Head will be responsible for managing the company’s complete Accounts function, including accounting, taxation, financial reporting, banking, statutory compliances, audits, and team management.

The role will have end-to-end ownership of the Accounts function and will ensure that books of accounts, GST, TDS, income tax, PF/ESI, ROC, audits, banking activities, MIS, and other applicable compliances are completed accurately and within the prescribed timelines.





The Accounts Head will also manage and guide the Accounts team, coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, Company Secretaries, banks, statutory authorities, and other external agencies, and provide accurate financial information to management for review and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Ensure Tally ERP/Tally Prime is updated regularly to provide accurate and real-time financial information.
- Coordinate with external GST consultants on classification and other technical matters.
- Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, returns, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax auditors, GST consultants, tax consultants, Company Secretaries, banks, and other external agencies.
- Build SOPs, improve processes and ensure all tasks are delivered on time. Create JDs and process documents for the team
- 8-12 years in Accounts & Finance, with min 3 years as Accounts Head / Manager
- Expert in Tally Prime / ERP and Advanced Excel. Strong hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, ROC, Finalization, MIS, AP/AR
- Experience in Gold Loan NBFC / NBFC / Financial Services background ● Having experience handling turnover of ₹500-1000 crore or above.
