Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and reconcile month-end financial statements, GLs, and inter-company transactions with precision and timeliness.
- Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings in adherence to Indian regulations.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining complete, well-documented accounting records and internal control documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance processes with business growth and ERP implementation cycles.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS/AS)



and internal policy compliance across all financial operations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- CA Interim cleared (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or SAP FICO
- Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and PF/ESI compliance
- Excel – Advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
- Experience with financial statement preparation and reconciliation
- Preferred
- Exposure to ERP implementation or digital accounting tools
- Basic understanding of MIS reporting and budgeting workflows
- Experience in audit support or internal controls documentation
