We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries, journal vouchers, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS returns, and monthly/annual closing activities.
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, expense accounting, and outstanding follow-ups.
- Support financial reporting, MIS preparation, and audit documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.





Required Qualifications & Skills
- M.Com or MBA in Finance.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and meet deadlines.
