We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in accounting, be proficient in Tally, E-invoicing, and basic Excel operations, and be comfortable communicating in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and manage invoices, e-invoicing, and related documentation.
- Handle data entry, reconciliation, and routine accounting operations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Prepare basic reports using Excel (sales summary, expense tracking, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and E-invoicing processes.




- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting).
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills.

Pay: ₹9,463.83 - ₹15,000.00 per month
