Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced insurance operations professional with knowledge of the US Property & Casualty insurance industry, particularly Workers' Compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Workers' Compensation claim transactions.
- Handle payment-related and forms-related claim activities.
- Perform wage calculations associated with Workers' Compensation claims.
- Review claim documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Apply appropriate Workers' Compensation coverage requirements.
- Understand and follow relevant US state regulations and requirements.
- Process assigned transactions within agreed service levels.




- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Escalate claim exceptions or discrepancies where required.
- Experience in US Property & Casualty insurance.
- Workers' Compensation claims experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with claims payments and forms.
- Understanding of wage calculations.
- Knowledge of the Workers' Compensation claims lifecycle.
- Understanding of Workers' Compensation coverages.
- Awareness of US state-level insurance requirements.
- Robust analytical and documentation skills.
