Role Overview

Prime Talent Bridge is hiring a Manager for a multinational client to lead end-to-end claims operations supporting London Market specialty insurance lines. The role requires strong insurance-domain expertise combined with operational leadership, quality management and regulatory awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end specialty insurance claims operations.
- Ensure technical accuracy across claims-processing activities.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements.
- Drive operational efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor productivity, quality and turnaround-time metrics.
- Manage escalations and complex operational issues.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.




- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coach and develop operations team members.
- Ensure consistent delivery against agreed service levels.
- Solid experience in insurance claims operations.
- Knowledge of London Market insurance.
- Specialty-lines insurance exposure preferred.
- Experience managing operational teams.
- Strong understanding of SLA, quality and productivity management.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
