SECTION I: BASIC INFORMATIONJob Function: MEPRole: Foreman/Supervisor/Engineer/Manager - MEP - Site (HVAC)Job Family: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)To execute and supervise Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system installation and testing activities at project sites, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

The role is responsible for coordinating HVAC execution with internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and performance compliance throughout the project lifecycle.SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIESInterpret HVAC drawings and specifications and coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure conflict-free subcontractors and ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower for uninterrupted site activities.

Monitor daily execution progress and ensure quality compliance during equipment installation and duct testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, including air balancing, water balancing, and functional performance testing.

Maintain documentation including installation checklists, test reports, and material consumption reports.SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONSInternal Stakeholders

Project & Execution Teams: For work sequencing and , QA/QC & Safety Teams: For schedule tracking, compliance, and inspections.

Design & Engineering Teams: For resolving technical queries and implementation alignment.

Clients, Consultants & PMCs: For inspections, approvals, and technical reviews.

Testing & Commissioning Agencies: For testing, commissioning, and technical V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEKNOWLEDGEMinimum Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.

Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC specialization

Language Skills: Proficient in English; working knowledge of regional language preferredEXPERIENCEYears of Experience: 3 – 22 years

Nature of Experience: Experience in site execution of HVAC systems in industrial projects, including equipment installation, ducting, commissioning, and compliance with technical standards.SECTION VI: TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP / BEHAVIORAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE ROLETechnical SkillsHVAC equipment installation, ducting and piping layout, air and water balancing, chiller and AHU commissioning
