The employee will assist the Manager -Finance & Accounts in compliance of Direct/Indirect tax provisions applicable to the Company at the national level.

Tax Compliance

.Payment of TDS/GST/Skilled tax to the Govt. Tax Authorities

.Data compilation for preparation of e-TDS/GST /PT return and reconcile them with the books of account.

.Prepare the Data in proper format and upload the same in TDS/GST/PT website.

.Preparation of data for reply of notices received from tax authorities

.Preparation of GST input tax register duly reconciled with books of account.

.Preparation of 15CA/15CB for upload/filing.

.Preparation and filing of GST returns

Vendor Management

.Interact with Tax consultants





.Co-ordinate with Tax Auditors/Statutory Auditors in conducting their audits.

.Issuance of TDS certificates to Channel partners/Vendors

.Reply of queries received from Channel partners/Vendors regarding TDS/GST.

Internal Coordination

.Follow up with F&A; (Accounts Payable/G.L./Treasury/Ops accounting) /Distribution Operations/MIS for gathering of necessary information required for various tax compliances.

Process/SOP/Compliance

.Follow up with Legal and Compliance teams for approvals

.Maintaining of records and approvals as per internal processes
