Role Overview

Our multinational client is looking for an operations professional to support annuity back-office processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Process annuity-related transactions.
- Meet defined operational KPIs.
- Maintain high levels of processing quality and productivity.
- Support customer-satisfaction objectives.
- Develop robust subject-matter knowledge of assigned processes.
- Process sufficient transaction volumes to maintain practical process expertise.
- Identify process issues and improvement opportunities.

- Graduate qualification.
- Insurance or annuity-processing experience preferred.
