Mercedes-Benz Sydney, located in Alexandria, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Valet to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Locate and move vehicles around the dealership as required
- Arrange relevant transportation for customers
- Escalate customer concerns promptly to support a swift resolution
- Liaise with Service Advisors to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Help maintain an organised and welcoming customer arrival area

About You

- Exceptional customer service skills and professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail




- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer concerns calmly
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the team
- Confidence moving and parking a range of vehicles
- A current, valid NSW driver licence
