About the Role

CMA Turnkey Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Executive to manage and coordinate commercial/turnkey interior projects from planning through execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project coordination, timely execution, quality standards, and effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day execution of commercial and turnkey interior projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Review and coordinate BOQs, drawings, specifications, material requirements, and project schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor quality, workmanship, manpower, and material utilization.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, DPRs, measurements, and other required records.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings,



specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Track project costs, variations, and additional requirements in coordination with the management and commercial team.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and project procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, turnkey projects, fit-outs, or construction.
- Good understanding of commercial interior project execution.
- Strong knowledge of site coordination, materials, drawings, BOQ, and project documentation.
