About the Role

Vayutrack Express Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Prepare and coordinate offer letters and joining documentation.
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment MIS/reports.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets and close positions within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and responsible approach.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / HR.
- Experience in Logistics, Courier, Cargo, Sales, Operations, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong hiring and sourcing experience are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
