Job Summary

ANI Integrated Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer to join our project team in Mulund, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finishing works and site execution for high-rise building projects.

High-rise building project experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day finishing activities at the project site.
- Execute finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and project teams.
- Monitor the quality and workmanship of finishing activities.
- Coordinate with MEP and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Review drawings and specifications and ensure proper implementation at site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure finishing activities are completed as per schedule.
- Identify and resolve site-related finishing issues.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate rectification of defective or incomplete works.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, architectural and MEP works.
- Maintain records related to site progress, inspections and finishing activities.




- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9–12 years of relevant experience in building finishing works.
- Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil and architectural finishing works.
- Good knowledge of drawings, specifications and construction standards.
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor coordination.
- Good understanding of site execution and construction processes.
- Ability to monitor quality, progress and workmanship.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and site management abilities.

Preferred Project Experience

Candidates with experience in the following projects will be preferred:

- High-Rise Residential Buildings
- Commercial Buildings
- Luxury Residential Projects
- Large-Scale Building Construction Projects
- Real Estate / Construction Projects

Education

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
