Academic Manager – Job Opening

TradeMax Academy is looking for a highly organized and leadership-driven Academic Manager to oversee online and offline academic operations, mentor management, student engagement, and training quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily academic and training operations
- Lead and coordinate mentors & monitors
- Ensure smooth batch scheduling and class execution
- Monitor student satisfaction, retention, and academic quality
- Implement SOPs and structured workflows
- Handle student escalations and team performance tracking
- Prepare academic reports and performance reviews

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in academic/training operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in team handling and student management
- Ability to manage online & offline training environments
- Process-oriented and performance-driven mindset

Preferred Skills:

- Academic coordination

- Reporting & analytics
- SOP implementation
- Performance monitoring

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
