Lasting Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and confident International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with international clients, understanding their business requirements, and introducing them to our ERP software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential international clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable ERP software solutions.
- Schedule online meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain lead information, client interactions, and follow-up records in the CRM or ERP system.
- Work towards achieving monthly business development and sales targets.
- Research international markets and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements





- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Basic understanding of sales, client handling, or business development.
- Positive interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office, email, LinkedIn, or CRM tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with international time zones, including Australian business hours, when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in international sales, IT sales, software sales, or B2B business development.
- Exposure to ERP software, SaaS products, or other technology solutions.
- Experience working with international customers or overseas markets.
