About the Role

We are looking for a Property Operations Executive to manage daily property-related activities, coordinate with clients and property owners, and support the smooth functioning of real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, property owners, and internal teams.
- Collect and maintain property details, photos, and documents.
- Manage property listings and update records regularly.
- Coordinate property visits and client follow-ups.




- Assist with property documentation and transaction processes.
- Track client requirements and coordinate suitable property options.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support daily operations related to property sales and rentals.

Requirements

- Any degree is required.
- 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of real estate operations and property transactions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
