Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Lucknow location. Candidates should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Salary

- Freshers: Up to ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Salary will depend on skills, communication, and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

- Experienced candidates are also welcome.
- Positive communication skills are mandatory.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
