We are looking for a skilled and passionate Animation & Graphics Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a skill development institution. The candidate should be capable of training students through practical sessions, resolving their doubts, counselling prospective students, and supporting student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Train students in Animation and Graphic Design with practical, hands-on sessions.
- Provide real-time projects and practical assignments to improve students’ skills.
- Clarify students’ doubts and provide individual guidance.
- Conduct student counselling and explain course benefits and career opportunities.
- Support student enrollment and admission processes.
- Monitor student performance and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Help students develop industry-relevant skills and build their portfolios.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning workplace.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a skill development institution.
- Solid knowledge of Animation and Graphic Design tools and techniques.
- Good teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly through practical demonstrations.
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, and enrollment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a student-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, or other relevant animation and graphic design software.
