Berkley Hyundai, Panchkula, is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and technically sound Body Shop Advisor to join our growing team.

If you have a passion for automobiles, solid customer-handling skills, and the ability to manage accident repair cases with professionalism and precision, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers professionally and ensure an exceptional service experience.
- Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, technicians, and customers.
- Manage insurance claims, job cards, repair approvals, and vehicle delivery.
- Ensure timely repairs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication and follow up throughout the repair process.

What We’re Looking For





- Experience in automobile body shop operations and accident repair management.
- Knowledge of insurance claims, vehicle estimation, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on quality and customer delight.
