The LIT Caffe is looking for skilled Continental Chefs to prepare quality dishes and support our kitchen operations across our two outlets.

Responsibilities

- Prepare continental dishes, pasta, sauces and other menu items.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain food consistency.
- Ensure proper food storage and kitchen hygiene.
- Assist with food preparation, stock management and kitchen organisation.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of relevant continental cooking experience.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment.
- Teamwork and attention to detail.
