Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication, understand their requirements, provide timely updates, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day communication with clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing requirements and updates.
- Respond to client queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure client requirements are completed on time.
- Collect client feedback and communicate it to the concerned team.




- Maintain records of client requirements, communication and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination with clients.
- Handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

Required Skills
