- Market Development & Customer Acquisition – Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Customer Relationship Management – Maintain good relationships with existing customers, understand their requirements, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Sales & Marketing Activities – Promote company products, prepare quotations, conduct product presentations, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Monitor market trends, customer needs, pricing, and competitor activities and share relevant information with management.
- Reporting & Coordination – Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports, follow up on enquiries and orders, and coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, and other departments for smooth customer service.
