Home Caregiver / Elderly Care Attendant

We are looking for a kind, patient, responsible and experienced caregiver to provide day-to-day home care and companionship,

The caregiver should be comfortable supporting an elderly person with her personal care, meals, mobility and daily routine. We are looking for someone who treats the person in her care with respect, patience and dignity.

Main Responsibilities

- Stay with and accompany her during the day, ensuring she is comfortable and not left unsupported when assistance is required.
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, changing clothes and general personal hygiene.
- Assist her with walking, getting up, sitting down and moving safely around the house, whenever required.
- Prepare fresh, simple and nutritious home-cooked meals according to the family's instructions and her dietary requirements.
- Serve meals and drinks and encourage her to eat and drink regularly.
- Wash dishes and keep the kitchen and food-preparation area clean after cooking.
- Keep her immediate surroundings, bedroom and bathroom clean, tidy and comfortable.
- Provide companionship — sit with her, talk to her, accompany her for short walks or appointments, and generally be attentive to her needs.
- Help maintain her normal daily routine, including meals, rest, bathing and activities.
- Inform the family promptly if there are any noticeable changes in her appetite, energy, mobility, behaviour or general wellbeing.
- Follow all instructions provided by the family regarding her care,



food and daily routine.

What We Are Looking For

The person should ideally:

- Have previous experience caring for elderly people at home.
- Be comfortable assisting with bathing and personal hygiene.
- Know how to cook simple Indian home food, including light and nutritious meals.
- Be physically capable of safely assisting an elderly person with day-to-day movement.
- Be patient, gentle, hygienic, trustworthy and attentive.
- Be willing to focus primarily on the wellbeing and comfort of the elderly person rather than general household work.
- Experience caring for elderly people who are physically weak, recovering from illness or undergoing medical treatment would be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of elderly care, hygiene and recognising when someone appears unwell would be an advantage.

Location: Tilak Nagar, Mumbai
Working hours: Live in 24 hours
Days: Entire month
Salary: Negotiable based on extensive experience plus background verification. Can expect Salary in the Range of 15000 to 25000 Rupees

The most important requirement is someone who is genuinely caring, dependable and patient, and who can become a trusted daily companion while helping her remain comfortable and safe at home.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
