About the Role
We are looking for a energetic Program Success Manager to drive successful implementation and customer satisfaction across partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead school onboarding, training, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Build strong relationships with school leaders, administrators, and SIOs.
- Monitor program usage, student progress, and learning outcomes.
- Manage school accounts and proactively resolve customer concerns.
- Drive engagement, retention, and renewal of school accounts.
- Use data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular school visits within a 150 km radius.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience; academic operations experience preferred.




- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple schools and solve operational challenges.
- Willingness to travel approximately 18 days per month.
- Passion for education and student outcomes.

Benefits: ₹15,000/month travel reimbursement for work-related travel.
