SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage accounting and bookkeeping for our businesses operating across India, USA and UAE.

The candidate must have strong experience in international accounting, multi-entity bookkeeping, foreign-currency transactions and intercompany accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for India, USA and UAE entities.
- Handle AP/AR, sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries and reconciliations.
- Manage bank and credit-card reconciliations.
- Handle foreign-currency and international transactions.
- Maintain bookkeeping for US LLCs, including US bank and credit-card accounts.
- Maintain UAE accounting records and transactions.
- Handle intercompany and related-party transactions.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash-flow and receivables/payables reports.
- Coordinate with external CA/CPA/tax professionals.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

- MBA in Finance/Accounting – Mandatory.




- 4–7 of relevant accounting experience.
- Previous experience working with USA and UAE companies/entities – Mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of Transfer Pricing – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of FEMA regulations – Mandatory.
- Experience with international/multi-currency transactions.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Tally or similar.
- Ability to independently manage accounts for multiple entities.

Preferred

- Experience in travel, aviation, trading or import-export businesses.
- Experience with US LLC bookkeeping.
- Experience with intercompany accounting and international transactions.

Important

This is primarily an accounting and bookkeeping role. The candidate will work with external CA/CPA/tax professionals for statutory compliance, taxation and audit matters.
