About the Role

OKDA Lifestyle is looking for a hands-on SEO, Digital Marketing & Marketplace Specialist to take ownership of our organic search, digital marketing and marketplace growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in SEO, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital analytics, along with a good understanding of B2B, B2C, and D2C marketing.

This role requires someone who can independently identify opportunities, execute initiatives, analyze performance and continuously improve traffic, visibility, engagement and conversions.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools, AEO, GEO and AI Search will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Organic Growth

- Develop and execute On-Page, Technical and Off-Page SEO strategies aligned with business and product priorities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, content optimization, internal linking and link-building activities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles and descriptions, headings, URLs, site structure and other on-page elements.
- Identify and coordinate resolution of technical SEO issues related to crawlability, indexation, page speed, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility and organic conversions, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Marketplace & E-commerce

- Manage and optimize Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant marketplace accounts.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, attributes, images and A+ Content, where applicable.
- Conduct marketplace keyword and competitor research to improve product discoverability and rankings.
- Monitor marketplace traffic, impressions, rankings, conversion rates, sales and product performance.
- Coordinate marketplace promotions, offers, product information, pricing and inventory-related updates with relevant teams.




- Monitor customer ratings, reviews and product feedback and identify opportunities to improve product performance.
- Support or coordinate marketplace advertising and sponsored-product campaigns where applicable.

Digital Marketing & Content

- Support and execute digital marketing initiatives across B2B, B2C and D2C audiences.
- Manage digital and social media activities across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate with content, design and other internal teams.
- Support paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta and relevant marketplace platforms, where applicable.

Analytics, Reporting & Growth

- Track website, SEO, social media and marketplace performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and similar tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports covering traffic, rankings, visibility, engagement, leads, conversions and marketplace sales.
- Use data and insights to recommend and implement actions that improve acquisition, conversion and overall digital performance.

AI & Emerging Search

- Use AI tools for research, content planning, SEO analysis, workflow improvement and marketing automation.
- Monitor developments in Google Search, AEO, GEO, AI Search and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Identify relevant opportunities to improve the brand's visibility and digital performance through emerging search technologies.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of On-Page, Technical and Off-Page SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Experience with marketplace catalog/listing optimization and marketplace growth.
- Strong understanding of GA4,



Google Search Console and SEO/analytics tools.
- Good understanding of websites, CMS platforms and basic technical concepts.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is preferred.
- Good understanding of B2B, B2C, D2C and e-commerce marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or marketplace advertising platforms will be preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools and emerging digital technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with B2B, B2C, D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AEO, GEO, AI Search and generative AI.
