Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with 2–5 years of experience to support daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, process invoices, and assist with accounts payable, receivable, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.

* Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.

* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

* Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense records.

* Assist in GST filing, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance activities.

* Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients and vendors.

* Maintain petty cash records and employee expense statements.

* Update financial data using Tally Prime and MS Excel.





* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account statements.

* Organize and maintain accounting documents for audits and verification.

* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding billing and payments.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.

* Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

* Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

* Positive numerical and analytical skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
