Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, leads, and follow-ups generated through various sources.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely follow-up and proper lead management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/DMS regularly.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding enquiries, test drives, offers, and vehicle purchases.
- Monitor lead status, follow-up schedules, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants for pending customer cases and ensure timely closures.
- Take customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships.
- Assist in customer retention and referral activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and CRM reports.
- Ensure proper coordination between customers,



Sales Consultants, and management.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Support the dealership in achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/DMS software.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
- Candidates with automobile/dealership experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
