About the Role

Grath Entertainment is looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, influencer/entertainment marketing, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content ideas, captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and internal teams for content execution.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Drive audience engagement, follower growth, reach, and overall social media performance.
- Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with entertainment, influencer marketing, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and digital media trends.




- Monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Handle community management, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong content planning and creative thinking skills.
- Positive knowledge of Reels, Stories, short-form video content, and social media trends.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Experience in Entertainment, Influencer Marketing, Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Digital Media will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Creative and proactive with a strong understanding of current digital trends.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Ability to independently manage social media activities from planning to execution.
- Solid attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
