Employment Type: Full-time / Shift-based (Rotational Week off)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Text Monitoring Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for

patients through our chat or text or Call support system. The ideal candidate must be highly

responsive, have strong situational awareness, and be capable of quick problem-solving in a

sensitive and healthcare-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Respond to patient inquiries instantly via calls/chat/text in a professional and

empathetic manner.

● Provide accurate information regarding appointments, services, and general queries.

● Escalate medical or emergency-related conversations to the appropriate department

swiftly.

● Monitor ongoing conversations and ensure no patient message goes unanswered.

● Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA-compliant communication protocols.

● Use judgment to prioritize urgent messages and situations appropriately.





Key Skills & Qualities:

● Excellent communication skills (English proficiency a must)

● High speed of response with zero compromise on quality.

● Strong situational awareness and quick thinking.

● Problem-solving mindset with a calm and reassuring tone.

● Tech-savvy with experience using CRM/chat support tools.

● Healthcare or customer support experience is an advantage.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Communication preferred).

● Previous experience in customer support, chat handling, or telehealth is a plus.

● Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work setting.

● Must be willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including night shifts,

weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
