Position – QA (CMM) – Engineer

Experince – 3 – 6 yrs.

Required Skills -

1. Good knowledge of CMM machine: hexagon Romer arm, software: - Polywork.

2. Experience must from Sheet metal industries.

Required Responsibility -

1. Prepare CMM Program as per Requirement

2. Check press tool & Die in CMM as per Model

3. Work with CFT for developing Poke yoke processes, Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges for new products.

4. To Support manufacturing on critical to quality process projects to implement current technologies to improve existing equipment/processes for sustainable quality.

5. Calibrate fixtures, gauges, and parts using advanced measuring 3D scanner/Portable.

6. Communicate to CFT team on what changes need to be made on a part based upon inspection results.

7. Dimensional inspection of current products and identifying deficiencies.

8. Analyze inspection reports to determine adherence to drawings, specifications.
