We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead critical financial regulatory reporting change initiatives as we scale across products and jurisdictions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between regulatory policy and technology—identifying new or evolving reporting requirements, evaluating their impact on our infrastructure, and collaborating closely with engineering to design, test, and implement seamless automated solutions. This role focuses heavily on key capital, liquidity, and financial reporting regimes (CRR, IFR, FINREP, and Liquidity reporting), ensuring our reporting architecture remains robust, compliant, and highly scalable.
Up to shape what's next in finance? Let’s get in touch.
What you'll be doing
- Leading regulatory change end-to-end by identifying, interpreting, and tracking regulatory updates across financial reporting regimes (CRR, IFR, FINREP, Liquidity), evaluating their operational and technical impact on existing systems
- Designing requirements and solutions by translating complex regulatory directives into detailed technical and operational requirements,
mapping out data flows and clear specifications for Engineering teams
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, risk, and compliance to build and integrate robust, automated reporting pipelines across the trade lifecycle
- Testing, implementing design and executing end-to-end testing strategies (UAT, parallel runs, and reconciliation validation) to ensure accurate implementation before production deployment
- Monitoring go-live execution to guarantee seamless adoption, embedding robust BAU controls, reconciliations, and reporting frameworks
- Investigating and resolving complex reporting breaks, data mismatches, and exceptions, continuously driving process improvements and automation
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience working with regulatory reporting frameworks, specifically CRR, IFR, FINREP, and/or Liquidity reporting
- Proven hands-on track record leading regulatory change initiatives from initial impact assessment through to post-implementation success
- The ability to translate complex regulatory mandates into actionable business/functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs) and data mappings
- Expertise in collaborating with Software Engineers and Data Engineers to build, test, and deploy automated reporting solutions
- Experience designing test cases, conducting parallel runs, and performing reconciliation checks to validate reporting accuracy prior to sign-off
- Deep analytical skills with a proactive mindset toward troubleshooting reporting exceptions and building sustainable BAU operational controls
- Understanding of the trade lifecycle and how regulatory reporting, reconciliations, settlements, and corporate events interact across post-trade operations
Nice to have
- Experience with data and automation tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI
Compensation range
- Krakow:
PLN16,100 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN16,100 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
