Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced IVF Specialist to join our team at Dr Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre, Vadapalani. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating infertility cases, developing individualized fertility treatment plans, managing IVF procedures, and providing compassionate care and guidance to patients throughout their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and diagnose infertility cases in both male and female patients.
- Conduct fertility consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Manage IVF, IUI, ovulation induction, and other assisted reproductive treatments within the candidate’s qualifications and clinical privileges.
- Monitor patients throughout fertility treatment cycles.
- Perform or supervise ultrasound examinations and follicular monitoring, as appropriately qualified.
- Coordinate with embryologists, fertility nurses, laboratory staff, and other medical professionals.
- Counsel patients and couples regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and treatment documentation.




- Ensure compliance with applicable medical, ethical, and ART regulations.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to the development of fertility treatment protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBBS with a relevant postgraduate qualification or recognized specialist training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and/or Reproductive Medicine, as applicable to the role.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Experience in infertility management and IVF procedures is preferred.
- Robust clinical decision-making and patient counselling skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, medical ethics, and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience working in an IVF centre, fertility clinic, or reproductive medicine department.
- Practical exposure to IVF, ICSI, IUI, and infertility case management.
- Ability to manage patients professionally and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
