Key Learning & Responsibilities

- Gain practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Communicate with candidates and manage interview follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records.
- Work closely with the HR team on daily HR operations.
- Develop professional communication and coordination skills.





Who Can Apply?

- Freshers pursuing or having completed MBA / MHRM / Diploma in HRM.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
