Job Title: Operations Manager Assistant

Job Description:

- Manage production planning and execution.
- Quality control of production process and products.
- Manage sourcing of raw materials and maintain set levels of inventory, assure quality of supplied raw materials. Handle suppliers, streamline supply logistics.
- Distribution Coordination and management
- Monitor machinery and facilities and schedule periodic and corrective maintenance.
- Support process and facility setup and improvement projects
- Support sales process with followup and coordination with new clients

Desired Skills & experience:

- Assistant to production or operations manager.
- Proven management abilities.
- Use of computer programs
- Food production

Soft Skills:

- Good Interpersonal Communication
- Problem solving and negotiation
- Should be adaptable and result oriented
- Should be a ‘go getter’ & positive in nature




- Good in communication of English, Kannada & Hindi
