- Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples such as blood, urine, and other specimens.
- Perform routine hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, and other laboratory tests as per established procedures.
- Operate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and analyzers.
- Ensure accurate testing, documentation, and timely reporting of results.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, quality control procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of samples, test results, reagents, and equipment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of clinical specimens and biomedical waste.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding laboratory investigations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory and ensure adequate availability of reagents and consumables.
