Business Development Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Responsible for driving business growth in the commercial, corporate, and landscaping sectors. Key duties include lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, proposal and bid preparation, contract negotiations, and revenue growth. Collaborate with design and execution teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, and client management
- Solid skills in lead generation, negotiations, and presentations
- Knowledge of landscaping, architecture, construction, or related industries preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Landscape, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
