About the Job

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our garment product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product uploads, catalog management, inventory updates, and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Upload product photos, titles, descriptions, specifications, and keywords.
- List T-shirts, Polo T-shirts, Oversized T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, and other garment products.
- Update product prices, sizes, colours, GSM, fabric details, and stock availability.
- Manage product variations, including size and colour options.
- Maintain accurate product catalogs and inventory records.
- Monitor listing status and resolve errors, rejected listings, and catalog issues.
- Manage marketplace orders and coordinate with the packing and dispatch team.
- Track order status, cancellations, returns, and customer complaints.
- Maintain product and sales data using Excel or Google Sheets.




- Coordinate with the photography and design team for product images and banners.
- Follow marketplace guidelines and ensure product information is accurate.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales.

Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Experience in e-commerce product listing and catalog management is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Positive typing, data entry, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and complete tasks on time.
- Knowledge of garment products, sizes, fabrics, and colours is an advantage.
- Freshers with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have previously worked with garment brands, textile manufacturers, online sellers, or e-commerce companies will be preferred.

Main Goal

To list all our garment products accurately across multiple online marketplaces and help grow our online business.
