Tanu Raj Properties Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating property visits, assisting prospective clients, verifying property details, and following up with customers interested in buying or renting properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with prospective clients interested in buying or renting properties.
- Schedule and conduct property visits with interested clients.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers regarding their property requirements.
- Visit properties to verify their availability, condition, and details.
- Explain property features, pricing, amenities, and location advantages to clients.




- Assist clients throughout the property selection and closing process.
- Support the team in achieving sales and rental targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits.
- Solid negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and responsible.

Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or above.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹12,000–₹13,000 per month.
