We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, be comfortable creating engaging content, and know how to build an active online community around the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, videos, and other content.
- Research trends, hashtags, content formats, and audience preferences.
- Write creative captions, post copy, and social media content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to build an engaged community.
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, features, and trends.
- Support campaigns, collaborations, contests, and promotional activities.

Requirements





- 0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Solid communication, creativity, and content-writing skills.
- Understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and analytics.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with creative teams.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
- Understands what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Takes ownership, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
