We are looking for a Motor Insurance Tele-caller, calls vehicle owners (cars and two-wheelers) to help them renew their expiring insurance or buy a current policy. The entire process happens over the phone and WhatsApp. Position offers ₹8000 - ₹10000 and Incentives also.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Calls: Make outbound calls to reach vehicle owners.
- ​Explain Options: Tell customers about their policy options, calculate quotes, and explain why add-ons like Zero Depreciation or Engine Protection are useful.
- ​Send Quotes & Close Deals: Share instant payment links over WhatsApp or SMS while the customer is on the line and help them complete the payment.
- ​Handle Expired Policies: Guide customers through quick online photo/video inspections if their insurance has already lapsed.
- ​Update Records:



Keep note of who wants a callback, who paid, and who needs a follow-up.

Job Requirements:

- Experience: 6+ months in calling, tele-sales, or customer support (Motor insurance experience is a big plus).
- ​Skills: Clear speaking, good listening, and the ability to convince customers.
- ​Knowledge: Basic understanding of bike and car insurance terms (IDV, Third Party, Comprehensive, NCB etc. For freshers training will be provided.).
- ​Tools: Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic computer software.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
