Key Responsibilities

- Department Leadership: Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 3 Data Entry Operators, ensuring efficient day-to-day accounting operations and data accuracy.
- Taxation & Compliance: Manage and ensure 100% compliance with GST (Goods and Services Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and Income Tax Returns (ITR) filings.
- Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop accurate financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and budgeting models to support strategic business decisions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements, P&L; accounts, balance sheets, and management reports.
- Internal Controls: Implement and monitor robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and streamline accounting processes.
- Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth execution of audits.

Key Requirements





- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Fresher.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
- Tax Knowledge: Robust, hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS regulations, and ITR filing procedures.
- Forecasting Skills: Demonstrated ability to build financial forecasts and analyze business trends.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise, guide, and manage a small operations team.
- Software Proficiency: Good command over MS Excel and standard accounting software/ERP systems.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
