​AJ Holdings is launching COCOPINE, an innovative, fast-casual QSR brand serving premium chilled coconut beverages,pineapple beverages, signature chilled payasams, and refreshing laban drinks across Kerala. We operate on a high-speed, assembly-based model designed for rapid franchise expansion.

We are seeking an experienced F&B; Consultant, Beverage Specialist, or Mixologist on a short-term contract basis to finalize, standardize, and document our launch menu of 12–15 signature drinks. ​The ideal candidate will convert raw recipe concepts into high-speed, standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for non-chef kiosk staff, ensuring every drink can be assembled in under 50 seconds.

​Key Responsibilities

​Recipe Standardization: Refine and lock in exact ml/gram portioning for 12–15 beverage items using pre-mixes, syrups, chilled payasam bases, and coconut water.

​COGS Optimization: Work with management to maintain a target Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) below 30% per item.

​SOP Creation:



Develop visual step-by-step SOP cards and preparation guides for front-of-house kiosk attendants. ​Supplier & Ingredient

Testing: Benchmark ingredients, syrups, and co-packed bases for taste, viscosity, and sweetness consistency. ​

Staff Onboarding: Conduct a 1-day practical training workshop for our initial kiosk team to ensure speed, consistency, and hygiene. ​

Qualifications & Requirements ​Experience: 3+ years in beverage menu development, QSR operations, café management, or mixology. ​

Background: Prior work with QSR chains, commercial juice/beverage brands, or hotel management background (IHM graduates preferred).

​Skills: Solid understanding of flavor profiling, portion control, shelf-life testing, and commercial kitchen workflow. ​

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
