Role Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Solid experience designing and architecting scalable AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Experience developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Ability to build cloud-native, secure, and highly scalable AI platforms and APIs.
- Experience leading technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
- Ability to mentor and guide AI engineers, data scientists, and full-stack development teams.
- Experience establishing engineering standards, coding best practices, AI governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
- Expert proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Fine-Tuning, Model Evaluation, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Function Calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with one or more AI frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, and FAISS.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry,



Azure Machine Learning, AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, MLOps, and LLMOps.
- Ability to build production-ready AI solutions using MLOps and LLMOps best practices.
- Experience optimizing AI model performance, latency, scalability, and operational costs.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, customers, and delivery teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
- Experience leading proofs of concept (PoCs), customer workshops, and AI solution demonstrations.
- Experience ensuring the successful deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI practices, model monitoring, and compliance standards.
- Experience implementing data privacy, security, explainability, ethical AI practices, AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and continuous model optimization.
- Experience in enterprise solution architecture and customer-facing consulting roles.
- Exposure to AI security, governance, Responsible AI, and AI compliance frameworks.
- Azure AI Engineer, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Machine Learning, or Google Cloud AI certifications are highly desirable.
