EagletFly Solutions is looking for an experienced and responsible Admission Counsellor to manage student counselling, admissions, fee collection, batch coordination, and day-to-day student communication.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an education/training institute, preferably in admissions, counselling, sales, or student relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and counsel students regarding courses, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fee structure, batch timings, and training process to students.
- Manage the complete admission process, including registration and fee collection.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, fees, pending payments, and student details.
- Follow up with students for pending fees/installments.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding batch schedules, class timings, and student requirements.
- Manage batch formation and student allocation.
- Inform students about class schedules, changes, holidays, demos, and important updates.
- Maintain regular communication with students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle student queries and resolve basic issues related to classes, batches, and fees.




- Maintain daily/weekly admission and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the management and trainers to ensure smooth batch operations.
- Work towards achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an educational institute, coaching centre, training institute, or ed-tech company.
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Solid convincing and sales skills.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Comfortable handling fee discussions and payment follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and students simultaneously.
- Responsible, organized, and target-oriented.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in course counselling, student admissions, training institutes, skill-development programs, or ed-tech sales will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.

Performance Incentives

Additional incentives can be provided based on admission conversions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
