Resource & Material Tracking: Monitor inventory, order building supplies, and coordinate deliveries with vendors to prevent project delaysA site supervisor manages day-to-day operations, labor, and safety at a construction or project site to ensure work finishes safely, on time, and within budget
Workforce Management: Supervise construction workers, foremen, and subcontractors, tracking attendance, delegating tasks, and maintaining site discipline
Quality Control: Inspect work, materials, and equipment to verify compliance with architectural drawings, blueprints, and building standards

Safety Enforcement: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct hazard inspections, and ensure all personnel use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

Progress Reporting: Record daily logs, track milestone completions, and report updates or on-site issues to the Project Manager or senior management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
