About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer Intern to help build modern websites and full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

This three-month, fully remote internship is suitable for candidates with the required technical knowledge who want to apply their skills to practical development projects. Interns will collaborate remotely with the team, complete assigned tasks, and build a portfolio showcasing their contributions.

Required Technical Skills

- HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript (ES6+): Understanding of web page structure, styling, responsive layouts, and modern JavaScript.
- React.js: Components, props, state, hooks, and reusable UI development.
- Node.js: Server-side JavaScript fundamentals.
- Express.js: Routing, middleware, and backend development.
- MongoDB & Mongoose: Database operations, schemas, models, and CRUD functionality.
- REST API Development & Integration: Creating and consuming APIs, handling JSON responses, and managing errors.
- Git & GitHub: Version control, repositories, commits, branches, and collaborative development.

Good-to-Have Skills

- TypeScript fundamentals.
- Responsive UI development for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Authentication and authorization, including protected routes and token-based authentication.
- Application deployment, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive websites and full-stack web applications.
- Build reusable React components and interactive user interfaces.
- Create backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage MongoDB databases using Mongoose.




- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Implement authentication and authorization where required.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot frontend and backend functionality.
- Use Git and GitHub for code management and team collaboration.
- Maintain clean, readable, and reusable code.
- Participate in remote team discussions, code reviews, and progress updates.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed project timelines.

Three-Month Development Plan

Month 1 — Frontend Development

- Strengthen HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Develop React components, forms, and interactive interfaces.
- Implement responsive layouts and frontend navigation.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control.
- Complete an initial frontend assignment.

Month 2 — Backend and Database Development

- Build REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Implement CRUD operations using MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Connect frontend components with backend services.
- Work on validation, error handling, and authentication where required.

Month 3 — Full-Stack Integration and Delivery

- Complete end-to-end application functionality.
- Test and debug the full-stack application.
- Improve code quality, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Deploy the application where project requirements permit.
- Update project documentation and GitHub repositories.
- Present completed work for final evaluation.

Assignments may vary according to project requirements and individual progress.

- Open to students, freshers, and aspiring full-stack developers.
- Candidates should possess the required technical fundamentals listed above.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.
- Positive problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Personal projects, coursework,



and GitHub repositories are encouraged.
- Prior professional experience is not required.
