Developer Role and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices and
- development standards.
- Develop and enhance solutions across ServiceNow SPM, App Engine, Flow Designer, Service Catalog,

- Build custom applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, flow automations, integrations,
- Partner with Transition excellence team and product owners to gather requirements, conduct technical
- Design and implement transition lifecycle workflows, governance checkpoints, approvals, task
- Support platform upgrades, deployments, performance tuning, defect resolution, and production
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, audit, accessibility, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, development standards, and




- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, architects, QA teams, and platform governance teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), App Engine Studio, Flow Designer,
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation
- Experience with Performance Analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, security architecture, ACLs, update sets, scoped applications, and
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, SDLC, and release
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional, and matrixed environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (SPM) - Preferred
- 6-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Pay: From ₹140,000.00 per month
