Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to identify relevant business prospects, find decision-makers, build accurate prospect databases, and initiate targeted outbound outreach.

The role includes prospect research, data verification, database management, and initial outreach through platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and other prospecting channels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research target companies based on industry, location, company size, and other defined criteria
- Find relevant decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, and Marketing Heads
- Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Google Maps, company websites, and business directories for prospect research
- Find and verify business emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company information
- Build, organize, segment, and maintain prospect databases
- Conduct initial outreach through cold email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
- Personalize outreach based on the prospect’s business and potential requirement
- Maintain prospect and outreach records in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Pass interested or responsive prospects to the SDR or Business Development team

Experience





Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, prospect research, B2B prospecting, or outbound lead generation preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
